Look Who's Here!... From a Missouri Puppy Mill to New York City

Missing Wonderdog Jack who recently died of cancer and seeing a TV news report about how 150 dogs were rescued from a puppy mill in Missouri, we made the trip to the North Shore Animal League.

The North Shore Animal League in Long Island took all 150 dogs from the Missouri puppy mill raid.  North Shore gave them medical care, spayed and neutered them, and put them all up for adoption.

She came home with us!  Before this she was raised in a cage and made to have as many puppies as she could to sell to pet stores.

Goodbye "Baby Dog" Jack... Jack's Final Days Living with Cancer

"Baby Dog" Jack was featured all over the "Between the Moon and New York City Blog" since it started.  After 14 years of being my friend and companion, Jack will be missed a lot!

Jack developed lymphoma which resulted in fast growing tumors in his neck.  He could not breathe or swallow well in his last few days.

Looking small...

Jack's very last photo.  Goodbye "Baby Dog" XOXO!
